A team should consist of a maximum 3 members.

Submission of abstract for not more than 300 words and in the form of IEEE format before the due date .Based on the peering review of the abstract,few papers will be selected for presenting the paper.

Abstract should be sent to the following MAIL ID depending on your department. Make sure you send it to the right mail.

The abstract should contain contact number and department details. If not your abstract is not eligible.

On the event day the candidate should bring their respective college ID cards.

Qualified candidates are required to bring their presentation along with one softcopy & 2 hardcopies.
-
Presentation should last for 5 minutes and there will be 2 minutes for query and answer session.
