*The duration should be of maximum 30 minutes.

*No VULGAR SCENES in short flim .If any present ,it will be disqualified.

*The flim should not contain any copyrighted works belonging to third parties unless participants have a license to use such work in the flim.

*The participant should be registered before the date of event.
